They are always top in wanted list . Three villein are most important in the story they are ooty,booty and kooty theire famous dialoge are ooty booty ,kooty kar denge sabki chooty. they live in ooty city and they want to make ooty as a no. 1 city in the world , they have all weapon like atom bomb micelles or virus etc. The ooty city is very popular for this , all country's are nothing to do against these three because if any one goes into ooty they automatically know about this persion and they are given injection of virus, the Rd virus it is very danger , this attack on brain and then the person is only one thing doing attack on everywhere in the world. ooty is only city have anti rd virus. and they have very their micelles automatically start when any one attack on the ooty city.
